    Returns & Exchanges

    At Buffalo Bills Western Store you are welcome to return purchased goods if you have ordered the wrong size or want to swap the goods for another product. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items for exchange or store credit. 

    With a change of mind or incorrect sizing, customers are able to return their items to the store at their own expense and will be issued with their choice of exchange or store credit voucher to the value of the original purchase. If AfterPay etc was used at purchase, the amount for store credit will be minus the AfterPay charge.

    Sizing Issues –

    Our staff are trained in providing you with the best fit in our products in store. We have numerous sizing charts we have created for our large product ranges and we are happy to help you find your perfect size so we get the best fit first time for you! We deal with these brands on a daily basis and are very well trained in helping our customers with their purchases.

    Faulty Goods –

    If you receive goods which have a manufacturers fault, please take a photo of the fault and email or call us at Buffalo Bills Western Store and we will forward the fault to the supplier. Most cases you will receive a replacement item free of charge or if these items are out of stock, we will issue you with a store credit.

    Things to Note - 

    • When returning an item, we remind you that as-sold condition requires the garment has not been worn or washed, does not have make-up marks, all labels are still attached and that the garment is cared for when posted.
    • All postage costs are to be covered by you – we ask that you return items to Buffalo Bills Western in a tracked sachet with an extra tracked sachet in with the package for us send the swapped items back to you.
    • If the size you wish to exchange your product for isn't available on the online store, just email or message us and we will let you know if we are able to re order the items back in.
    • Jewellery & Accessories - Are not refundable or exchangeable.
    • Sale Stock Terms & Conditions - Non-refundable, non-exchangeable, no holds.

     

    Returns Process –

    • Use contact us form to let us know of issue and we will reply with exchange policy form.
    • Please complete all aspects of this form and put it in the package and send back to Buffalo Bills Western Store
    • When we receive the package and form, we will either send you swapped item or issue you with store credit (Gift Voucher) that is able to be used online or in store.
