Featuring a 4 1/8" cattleman crown, 4 1/4" brim, and Dri-Lex® sweatband, this vented straw hat keeps air flowing and sweat wicked away so you stay cool when the heat is on.

Hand-Woven Quality

Every Resistol straw hat begins with a skilled weaver.
Depending on the complexity of the pattern, each hat body can take 1–3 days to weave by hand.

Vented crowns with intricate patterns take the longest — but provide superior airflow to keep you cool under the mid-day sun.

Blocked & Shaped in Garland, Texas

Once woven, each straw body is sent to Resistol’s finishing factory in Garland, Texas, where it’s blocked, shaped, and lacquered to achieve its distinctive form.
The wide brim offers excellent shade and sun protection for long days outside.

Finished With Precision

After four rounds of lacquering and shaping, the hat is completed in the trim department.
A leather or Dri-Lex® self-conforming sweatband is sewn in, and a stylish ribbon or leather hatband is added to the crown.
